Catalog Requests:
Painted Piggies does not provide a print catalog at this time. All merchandise can be viewed online where it is updated regularly.

Payments Options:
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. You may use your checking account if you have a PayPal Account, or you may use a valid credit card to complete your payment and you will not be required to create an account. Checks are accepted, however order will not be started until check clears.

Privacy /Security Policy:
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. At Painted Piggies we appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges:
Our products are custom made to order and not refundable or exchangeable.  If we made a error in personalization we would be glad to correct the error.  Product must be returned in exchange for a re-made piece.  Please notify us within 10 days of receiving and we will make arrangements for return. 
 
Damaged product:
Your order is insured in the amount of purchase price.  All orders are shipped US Post Priority.  Customers are responsible for making insurance claims with their local post office if damage occurs during shipment.  All packing materials must be retained to make claim.  Painted Piggies will supply the shipping insurance receipt for making your claim.
 
Customer pickup:
Any order is available for customer pickup.  Your ship charges will be refunded if ordered on line where automatic ship charges are applied.  Painted Piggies is not responsible for orders not picked up after 30 days.
 
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within the state of Texas will pay 8.25% sales tax. All other orders are exempt.

Shipping fees: We ship via USPS. Your shipping charge is calculated by weight. Do to the nature of our products all items shipped are insured. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Tracking an order:
You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. You may login to www.paintedpiggies.com anytime to check the status of your order.
